Our design team works in a collaborative environment ensuring at all times they stay within the parameters of the design brief. We try to keep costs down, passing on savings and suggesting alternatives that may not have been considered otherwise.

Once you have approved the concepts – our team moves into more detailed architectural drawings for the construction phase. The complexity of these plans will depend on the complexity of the project. There may be a number of layers to these plans – electrical, MEP, structural, civil, and fire for example.

After these have been signed off by our client we then move to obtain the relevant approval via Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense. The lead time for this process can vary depending on the time of year the works are scheduled to be undertaken, and the size of the project. The duration of this process can also be influenced by which development body your chosen project falls under.
